Our CrossFit Classes are hour-long sessions ran daily. These sessions are designed to increase your heart rate, build measurable strength so you can tackle each day with more energy, focus with a stronger mindset.
Alongside our daily CrossFit Classes, we also run our every popular CrossFit Teens program and CrossFit Kids Classes. The purpose around these is to build not only life long healthy habits and an abundance of knowledge on proper movement and healthy eating. But also building self-confidence for all areas of life!
