Kids CrossFit Classes
We have a program throughout the school term with progression levels and fun, functional movement exercises. Classes run from 9:30am on Saturdays for 45 minutes
Developing a positive association between fitness, physical activity and the joy of movement is the primary goal of our Kids and Teens Crossfit classes.
Our Kids Program is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 11 years and is comprised of games, obstacle courses, relays, basic gymnastic and body weight movements.
